  • Passages Rapid ReHousing Demonstration Project – 3 year HUD funded initiative to investigate best practices in transitioning homeless families to permanent housing.    202 persons served.
  • Veterans Homelessness Prevention Demonstration Project – 3 year HUD funded initiative to investigate best practices in preventing homelessness among veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. April 2011 Start-up.   629 persons served (to date)
